WHAT TO EXPECT
Foothills Kids
Elementary (1st - 6th Grade)
When was the last time your kids actually dragged you to church? Once your kids experience Foothills Kids, they’ll count down the days ’til the next Sunday. We’re committed to making sure that church is never boring. Kids are our most valuable natural resource. They can change the world. The bottom line is we don’t baby-sit your kids. We’re committed to creating an exciting, excellent, high-energy, kid-friendly service where your child will experience God full-blast each week (Foothills Kids runs simultaneously with adult services).
Our custom-designed game room, complete with arcade games, air hockey tables, foosball tables, and 12 video game systems displayed on 42” TV’s will totally blow your kids away. We suggest you arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow for parking, check-in, and time for your kids to hang out in the game room before going to our Foothills Kids worship service.
Preschool (2 Years Old - Kindergarten)
Our Preschool area provides a safe, fun, exciting environment for children ages 2 years to kindergarten. Your children will hear the name of Jesus, learn stories from the Bible, and learn how they can apply what they’ve learned in their lives. Our preschool children spend a portion of the service in one of two playground structures and a larger portion of time in the classroom for their worship experience.
Room Breakdown:
2/3 Year Olds (small play structure in the classroom)
4 Year Olds (access to multi-level play structure)
5 Year Olds/Kindergarten (access to multi-level play structure)
Nursery (6 Weeks - 1 Year Old)
Our nursery area provides a clean, safe, exciting environment for children ages 6 weeks – 2 years old. Your children will hear the name of Jesus and learn stories from the Bible on their level using a curriculum designed especially for nursery-age children.
